Truth or Dare is a book I wrote back in 1999 but never published. Over the years, I printed several copies and gave them away to people to get their feedback and opinions. Honestly, I can't believe it took me 27 years to gain enough courage to self-publish it.

Truth or Dare is a powerful story about ambition, love, and the consequences of distraction while chasing dreams. Set in Baltimore during the late 1990s, the story follows a gifted young Black man standing at the crossroads between survival and destiny. Raised and shaped by his experiences, he navigates high school carrying both extraordinary talent and unbearable pressure. As opportunity draws closer, every decision matters, and one moment of distraction can change everything.
