Hi, I’m Taavon, founder of Somerville Fragrances. Born and raised in Baltimore City, I graduated from Northwestern High School in 1999 before continuing my studies at Baltimore City Community College and Clark Atlanta University. After college, I served as a Paramedic with the Baltimore City Fire Department, proudly caring for the citizens of my hometown before retiring due to a life changing hip injury.

My journey then led me into the world of photography, where I spent over a decade as a professional wedding photographer. I also self-published two books Truth or Dare and My Art, My Voice. Over the past few years, I’ve transformed my lifelong passion for art into the creation of luxurious fragrances. I’m excited to share my work with you, and I hope you enjoy these fragrances as much as I enjoy creating them.
